It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alphonsus Bungay of Harbour Breton, Newfoundland, who passed away on August 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Monica; his parents, Alphonsus Bungay and Mary Bungay; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Ashford and Kevin Ashford.
He is survived by : his children, Eric (Marie), Donald (Cynthia), Michelle (Archie), Kimberly, AB, Denise (Randell), Renee (Brodie) and Sandra (Trent); his brother Donald Bungay; and his parents-in-law, Patsy, Peter Jarvis, Wilfred, Violet Ashford, Effie Ashford and Theresa Ashford. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
