He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Hearn; and his siblings, Andrew and Genevieve Hearn. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia (David King), Catherine (David Royle) and Elizabeth (Campbell Churchill); his grandchildren, Melissa Royle (Mark Critch), Michael Royle (Jessica Cowan) and Jonathan King (Carly Keeping); his great grandchildren, Oliver and Theodore Royle; his extended family, Stephen, Merissa King, Andrea and Hugh Wilkinson; his brother Richard of Montreal; and also, Vivienne and Rose Wilkinson.
The inurnment will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery (132 Bay d'Leau Dr, Harbour Breton, NL A0H0A4). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roman Catholic Cemetery-Harbour Breton.
