She was predeceased by : her husband William Johnston; her daughter-in-law Dorothy Johnston; her brothers, Thomas Whittle, David Whittle, Edward Whittle, John Whittle, Peter Whittle and Reginald Whittle; her brothers-in-law, James Hickey and Rene Stacey; her parents, Edward Whittle and Elizabeth Whittle; and her parents-in-law, William and Martha Johnston.
She is survived by : her children, Edward (Rhonda), Thomas (Penny) and Angela Tibbo (Wade); her grandchildren, Marsha (Frank Jarvis Jr.), Gina Prior, Lorna (Gerald Bursey) and Allison (Chris); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Mia, Jorja, Olivia, Cole and Claire; her sisters, Martha Hickey, Mary Stacy and Gertie (Thomas Hickey); and her close friend Mona Fudge. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
