He was predeceased by: his significant other Sue; his parents, Jimmy Fitzpatrick and Marion Fitzpatrick of Conche; his brother Peter Fitzpatrick; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Fitzpatrick, Hardy Miles and Roy Gillard.

He is survived by: his sons, Nick (Amanda) and Damian; his grandson Dravvin; his siblings, Nellie, Bridgie, Mary (Molly) and Mark; and his close friend Marjorie. He is also survived by children, also many nieces, nephews.
