He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony and Margaret; his daughter Brenda Carroll; his son-in-law Arnbjorn Hammer; his siblings, Johnny, Anthony and Katie Crane (Walter); his parents-in-law, Michael and Ada Galway; his stepgreat-granddaughter Kristina Dyrhuus Poulsen; his wife Patricia; his daughters, Karen Taylor (Nelson) and Dianne Hammer; his grandchildren, Ashley Taylor (John Meadus), Michele Smith (Jamie), Niklas Hammer, Stephanie Morgan (Scott), Jessica Galway (Aaron Regular), Kayla Trickett (David) and Trevor Carroll; his great grandchildren, James, Hannah, Taylor, Jasmine, Joshua, Ryleigh and Landon; his stepgrandchildren, Rudi and Eir; his stepgreat-grandchild Tori; his grandmothers, Maine, Joan, Pauli and Arina; his siblings, Brendan (Brenda), Hayward, Andrew (Marie) and Linda Gillispie (Paul); his son-in-law Howard Robinson; his sister-in-law Sarah Dove; Neville Sheppard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Noel's Funeral Home (21 Harvey St, Harbour Grace, NL A0A2M0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
