He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Crocker and Elsie Crocker; and his grandparents, George James and Jane Tetford. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his daughter Alyssa Shaw (Ryan); his siblings, Jane Moores (Roy), Evelyn Butt (Randy), Evelyn Jane Mahaney (Philip), Dennis O'Brien (Julie) and Edward O'Brien (Tina); his sister-in-law Alson; his stepmother Shirley; his stepgranddaughter Julia; his nieces and nephews, Jason, David, Jonathan, Krista, Lisa, Robin, Alanna, Alyssa, Ashton, Parker, Alexia and Cole; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Jean, Brianna, Milo, Oliver, Arie, Theo, Lola and Jack; his close friends, Dennis Sheppard, Joey Gavin, Syl Taylor, Wally Hearn, Donnie Clarke and Pat Bray; his brother Charles; his close friends, Debbie and Herb Bray; Kacie Jane.
