Walter Ronald Butler Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Ronald Butler of Harbour Round, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 16, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Butler and Josephine Butler; his siblings, Anthony (Susan), Donald, Mary Margaret (Don), Mary Irene and Thomas; and his brother-in-law Charlie.

He is survived by: his children, Jeremy James "JJ" and Lynnette (Morgan); his grandchildren, Kiera and Abel; his stepgrandchildren, Rachel and Evelynn; the mother of his children Carol Matthews; his siblings, Elizabeth, Christina, Tyrone, Dolores (Junior), Hilda (Garry) of Paul, Ellen (Craig) and Gloria; his sister-in-law Cathy Haas; and his caregivers, Regina Corbett, Roxanne Payne, Lynn Burton, Claire Sullivan and Russian Hunt.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Walter's memory to any SPCA location.
