It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maud Rose of Hermitage, Newfoundland, who passed away on January 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Gordon; her son-in-law Allan Crewe; her parents, William Dowding and Amelia Dowding; and her siblings, Myrtle, Mabel, Ruby, Ernest and Jack.

She is survived by : her children, Douglas (Emily), Grace (Gus Jones), Jean and Deborah (Dwayne Doyle); her grandchildren, Terri, David, Jamie, Andy, Neil, Dennis, Rob, Chuck, Alana, Stephen and Sarah; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Rose and Frances Rose.

COVID-19 regulations were followed.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mrs. Rose's memory to the St. Saviour's Anglican Church at Hermitage.
