She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her parents, Albert George and Frances George; and her siblings, Wilfred, Ada Ivany and Lily Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Chris (Louise), Beverley Dyke (Glenn), Craig (Lisa), Pamela Burry (Derrick) and Ruth Wheeler (Wade); her grandchildren, Angela, Amanda (David), Noelle (Jake), Nicole (Seth), Justin (Laura), Aaron (Hayley), Jason (Mary) and Jonathan; her great grandchildren, Juliette, Mylo, Isabelle, Kayley and Violet; her sisters, Gertie (late Bob), Evelyn (late Jesse), Ivy (Charlie), Florence (late Harold), Dallas (John) and Melvie; and her sister-in-law Pearl George.
