He is survived by: his wife Ivy; his children, Rick (Claudia), Kevin (Sherry) and Lori (Eugene); his daughter-in-law Karen; his grandchildren, Travis (Andrea), Matthew (Melanie), Sara (Gabriel), Daniel (Laura), Kathryn (Blake), Peter (Kathryn), Ryan (Samantha) and Adam; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Cameron, Theo, Bridget, Caleb and Luca; his siblings, Lillian Martin, Judy Sparkes (Stanley) and Ross Martin (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Victor Wiseman, Eileen Martin, Evelyn Goulding, Florence Clarke, Dallas Adams (John) and Pearl George.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vardy's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hickman's Harbour United Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the United Church Cemetery (27 Main Rd, Hickman's Harbour, NL A0C0B6).
