It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Johnson (Hickmans Harbour, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Gladys; and his grandsons, Matthew and Justin Balch. He is survived by : his daughters, Veta (Maisie), Lila (Clarence Samson) and Betty (William Balch); and his close friends, Maisie and Ralph Wiseman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren;12 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren as well as many nephews, nieces and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to charity of one's choice are greatly appreciated.
