It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Stone (Hickmans Harbour, Newfoundland), who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Chesley Stone and Gladys Stone (Stanford); and his siblings, Melvina McLing (Stone) and Roy Stone. He is survived by : his wife Helen; his son Wayne; and his cousin Suzanne Stanford (Eric Suley) of St. John's. He is also survived by other sister, and a wide circle of nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family would kindly ask that anyone wishing to make a donation please do so to your local animal shelter, such as the S.P.C.A (even a gift of food for the animals would be appreciated) or the Children's Wish Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
