She is survived by: her sister Jeanene; her parents, David Slade and Rhoda Slade (Hodder); her brother Dwayne (Kate Read Slade); her nephews, Devon and Jacob; her aunts, Rose Rogers (Pete), Anne (Rick), Jessie, Jeanette Brown (Arthur) and Maxine Slade; her uncle John Hodder (Beverly); her cousins, Peter (Lori), AnnMarie (Keith), Pamela (Shawn), Chesley (Cavell), Lisa, Cheryl (Sheldon), Chantelle (Blair), Justin, Matthew (Krista), Timothy (Jennifer), Selma (Cory), Krista (John) and Adam (Desirae); and her caregivers, Dawn, Valarie, Hanna, Bianca, Brenda and Jeanene.
