He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Martin and Maggie Martin; and his sisters, Ruby Brown (Harvey), Margaret Elder (Dave), Pearl Wiseman, Ivy Kathleen and Ivy Olive Cecily.

He is survived by : his wife Eileen; his siblings, Charlie Martin (Ivy), Ross Martin (Donna), Lillian Martin and Judy Sparkes (Stanley); his brothers-in-law, Victor Wiseman and Eric Marsh (Gladys); and his nephew Wade Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
