He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Florence; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Coates and Amanda Hynes-Coates. He is survived by: his wife Lucy (Foley); his children, Debby, Heather (Jim), Terry (Patricia), Jeff (Roxanne) and Cathy (Perry); his siblings, Donald and Marylin; his sister-in-law Mary; his friends, Madeline and Roy Tilley; his son Bob (Michele); his daughters-in-law, Michele and Patricia; and his caregivers, Deanne Smith, Jennifer Codner and Pat Rodgers.
