It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clarence Lewis (Holyrood, Newfoundland), who passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridget Lewis (Née Hynes) and James Lewis; his parents-in-law, Bernard and Elizabeth Wade; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Babstock Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Reg Taylor and Leo Dalton.

He is survived by: his wife Agnes (Née Wade); his children, Dion (Sylvia) and Tina (Betti Ann); his granddaughter Faith; his great grandchild Noah; his siblings, Steve Lewis (Pat), Leo Lewis (Kit), Wish Lewis (Sis), Cyril Lewis (Winnie), Don Lewis (Carol Ann), Aggie Power (Jim), Rose O'Reilly (Cyril), Maureen Lewis, Dianne Kennedy (Bill) and Sandra Taylor; his friend Harold Furey; Tanner. He is also survived by nephews, nieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hickeys Funeral Home (294 Conception Bay Hwy, Holyrood, NL A0A 2R0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption Parish Church. A burial was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at the Assumption Parish Cemetery.
