He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny; his parents, Ralph Guelich and Doris Shucker; his siblings, Carol, Betty Lou and Harry; and his brother-in-law Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Johnathan, Mary (Fritz) and Jimmy (Elena); his close friend Sadie King; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jimmy and Diana; his great grandchild Leo; his siblings, Gail, Dennis, Roger, Ronnie and Jerry; and his in-laws, Kathleen (Clarence), Jerome (Valerie), Kenny (Paula), Joe (Mary) and Bernard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as a circle of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dunphy's Funeral Home (366 Conception Bay Hwy, Holyrood, NL A0A2R0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (79 Northside Rd, Holyrood, NL A0A2R0). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
