He is survived by: his parents, Pam and Dean (late Joan); his brother Steve (Michelle); his sister-in-law Krista McGrath; his nephews, David, Lego (Luke) and John; his aunt Kathy Vincer (Mike); his cousins, Anthony, Mary Pam and Tom; his close friends, Jerry and Joanne Butler; and his friends, Mick Sinnott and Geoff Barnes.
