He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bonnington (Maggie); his children, Nadine, Amy (Bill), Roberta (James), Stephanie (Richard), Sheldon (Jennifer), Dennis, Sally and Jordan (Joanne); his siblings, Josie (Art), Geraldine (Terry), Greg (Bernice) and Winnifred Hempill; and his close friends, Mike Cahill and Kenneth Dalton.
