He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his son Wayne; his parents, Lillian Kelly and Harold Kelly; and his brothers, Don and Bill Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Kelly (Rick Anderson), Rodney Kelly (Lorraine Watkins), Dean Kelly (Thelma Bridger) and Frances Saunders (Frank); and his sister-in-law Susie Hicks.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Church of the Ascension. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Ascension Howley. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
