He is survived by: his mother Frances Butt; his daughters, Zita Sheppard, Lisa Ford, Tonya Wells (Colin) and Stephanie Butt (Tim); his grandchildren, Philip (Melinda), Byron (Brittany), Nicole, Patrick, Richard (Crystal), Jesse (Rebecca) and Nicholas; and his siblings, Richard (Darlene), Barbara Ann (Terry), Mary, Ellen and Marcella (Ross). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
