He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Boone and Effie Nichol; and his grandson Matthew Boone. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie; his daughters, Wanda (Calvin Rowe), Helen (Terry Snow), Darlene and Melissa; his grandchildren, Chantelle, Kendra and Brayden; and his siblings, Tom (Rose), Charlie, Bob (Margaret), Wesley (Thelma), Rex (Roma), Nellie (Ambrose Reid), Bernice, Wavely (Rick Kelso), Pauline (Garfield Angell), Joan Trudy (Gary Cull) and Dillas.

Donations can be made and shared between the Grace Pentcostal Church and the SPCA.
