Seymour Austin Jacobs Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Seymour Austin Jacobs (Joe Batts ARM, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Jacobs and Margaret Jacobs; his parents-in-law, James and Genevieve Hanlon; his brothers, Sterling and Melvin Jacobs; and his brothers-in-law, Martin Humphries, John Hanlon, Leo Hanlon and Dave Mcloed.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his children, Michelle Thomas (Calvin) and Harvey Jacobs (Melanie); his grandchildren, Carter and Conor Thomas; his siblings, Alice Brown (Willis), Aaron Jacobs (Joan), Gordon Jacobs (Joan), Willis Jacobs (Marilyn), Elizabeth Humphries, Clyde Jacobs (Christine), Pauline Barnes (Frank), Donna Baker (Arthur) and Edna Gray (Jerry); his siblings-in-law, Doris Jacobs, Joyce Jacobs, Loretta Dwyer (James), Winnie Coates (Alvin), Veronica McLeod, Anne Snow (Wayne), Madeline McWilliams (Dave), Brenda Hanlon, Marg Hanlon, Sharon Richards, Gordon Hanlon (Brenadatte), Roger Hanlon (Paula), Steve Hanlon, Tim Hanlon (Michelle) and Phonse Hanlon (Christina Hynes); and his close friends, Charles, Mary Decker, Jack, Christine Lynch, Kevin, Janet Penton, Ted Penton, Fred and Shirley Humber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family and many friends.
