He was predeceased by : his wife Daphne. He is survived by : his children, Bonnie Birmingham (Jeff) and Darin; his granddaughter Rachel Tessier (Stuart Cooper); and his close friends, Bob, Tom, Judy Kennedy, Bridie and Olive.
