He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; his parents, Harry Andrews and Lydia Andrews; his sister Ethel Ryan-Critch; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Mabel Bishop; his siblings-in-law, Betty Ryan (Raymond), Florie Johnson (Douglas), Gordon Bishop (Jeanette), Woodrow Bishop (Dorothy), Claude Russell, Cyril Tilley and George Butt; and his nieces and nephews, Eddie Ryan, Jason Andrews, Rick Andrews, James Matthews, Dennis Bishop, Major Rocky Bishop, Joan Loveless, Tina Ryan and Melinda Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Florence Borgela (Miguel), Gordon Andrews (Amy Dawson) and Todd Andrews (Chastity); his grandchildren, Eric, Elizabeth and Jacob Borgela; his children, Corey Anstey, Nicole Dawson, Molly, Martin and Mallory Andrews; his great grandchild Willow Anstey; and his siblings, Joan Matthews (John), Bertha Butt, Marjorie Russell, Jobie Andrews (Sheila), Philip Andrews (Judy) and Orville Andrews.
