He was predeceased by : his mother Viola Ward; his father-in-law Howard Rideout; his brother-in-law Wilbert Rideout; and his grandparents, William, Lucy Ward, Herbert and Ruby Burton.

He is survived by : his wife Lorraine; his sons, Marcus and Jamie (Tanya); his grandchildren, Jordan (Makayla) and Jena-Lee; his father Cecil (Sandra); his siblings, Kimberly (Collin), Tony (Nicole) and Craig (Alison); his mother-in-law Genevieve Rideout; his siblings-in-law, Albert (Olive), Harold (Maud), Alonzo, Dianne (Larry), Gladdale (Bruce), Greta (Nolin), Brenda (Dennis), Paula (Bently), Herman (Manette), Curtis (Nancy) and Norma; his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Brittany (Steve), Devon (Emma), Amber (Jordan) and Kyle (Bailey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlynn, Lincoln, Quinn and Jensen; and his pet Lily.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers and donations to The Salvation Army Youth Programs are graciously accepted.
