He is survived by : his wife Olive; his children, Denise Budgell (Warrick), Jerome Burton (Nicole), Chris Burton (Marylynn) and Susan Ward (Doug); his daughter-in-law Debbie Burton; his grandchildren, Randy Budgell, Robin Chipp, Roman Budgell, Hailey Ward, Andrew Burton and Hannah Burton; his great grandchildren, Aleah Chipp, Noah Budgell and Brooks Budgell; his sister Clarice Burton; his siblings-in-law, Woodrow Gray (Alma), Calvin Gray (Judy), Barry Gray (Doreen) and Ivy Rice (Vincent); his aunts, Vera LeDrew and Phyllis Toms; and his uncle Ted Morey (Rowena).
