He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Justin (Stephanie) and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Anthony, Amanda and Patrick; his brother Bob (late Louise); his nieces, Angela Cayouette (Vincent), Corrine Wellon (Dion) and Kayla George (Paul); his close friend Allan Thibert; and his niece Deanne Giles.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help carry out Max's wishes to be laid to rest in his place of birth in Snook's Arm, Green Bay, NL.
