He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Manstan and Marjorie Manstan; his brother Gord Manstan; and his in-laws, Margetta and Chester Powers.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Manstan; his son Justin Manstan; his brother Doug Manstan (Gean); his sister-in-law Maxine Stanley; and his close friends, Sean Boozan, Joe Walsh, Vanessa Harnett and Karen Burke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Temple's Funeral Home (620 Hudson Dr, Labrador City, NL A2V1M1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Labrador West Salvation Army Community Church (423 Bartlett Dr, Labrador City, NL A2V1G3).
As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Grenfell Foundation (Labrador West Chapter) in Frank's memory. Donation cards are available at Temple's Funeral Home.
