He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Veronica Tarrant; his children, Timothy Charles (Christine), Peter and Angela; his siblings, Cindy (Jerry), Lynette (Gregory), Arlene, Lana (Phillip), John (Carolyn), Bruce (Danielle) and Robin (Shelley); and his father Patrick Tarrant.
