He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foote and Frances Foote; and his wife Rose Foote (Baldwin). He is survived by: his children, Christine (Randy), Georgina (Len), Norma (Bob) and Shawn (Michelle); his grandchildren, Aaron, Evan, Abby, Alyssa, Lukas and Mikael; his great grandchild Diana; and his sister Ella Foss. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
