She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wells and Rita Wells; her brother Jim Brown; her granddaughter Michaela Shaw; and her niece Julia Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Cyril Shaw (Bonnie), Mike Shaw (Kim), Eileen Shaw and Wanda Shaw (Marty); her grandchildren, Robin Walsh-Shaw (Donnie), Ryan Shaw, Jeanine Shaw, Cortney Blundon (Tyler), Daniel Blundon (Kaylee), Xavier Shaw and Emerson Shaw; her great grandchildren, Spencer Shaw, Preston Hann, Cristian White and Mellynda Dyson-Shaw; her siblings, John Wells (Daphne), Larry Wells (Shelley), Ford Wells, Jean Wells, Shirley Welsh and Florence Ryan (Ted); and her close friend Wade Jennings.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Families Funeral Home (9 Forward Dr, Lewisporte, NL A0G3A0). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church.
