He was predeceased by: his mother Helen; and his nephew Kenny. He is survived by: his father Jack; and his siblings, Donald (Helen McKenna), Edley, Terry (Gloria), Baxter (Sheila), Pam Hale (Robbie Barns), John and Randy (Sonya).
