She was predeceased by: her father Norman Snow; her brother Ward; and her grandson Matthew. She is survived by: her stepfather Evan Harris (Pop); her children, Harold (Buck) and Michelle; her grandchildren, Amber, Adam, Leah and Destanee; her great grandchildren, Ashton and Allie; and her siblings, Norma, Juanita, Patsy, Vera, Maggie, Truman, Eugene, Don and Harris.

Donations may be made in Dulcie's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or directly to the Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
