It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Marie Budgell (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Scott Wilfred Budgell; her parents, Herbert Martin and Effie Martin; her parents-in-law, Eli and Mary Budgell; her brother Doug Martin (Ella); her brother-in-law Loyola Walsh; and her brother Rick Martin (Betty).
She is survived by: her son Brad (Yvonne); her sisters, Beulah Walsh and Patsy Hicks (Aubrey); her grandchildren, Elliott and Laila; and her close friends, Ruth Rideout and Betty Swyers.
