He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Bailey and Frank Bailey; and his sisters, Stephanie and Audrey Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Cavelle; his daughters, Petrina Scammell (Rene), Stephanie Meserve (Brian) and Rebecca Brinson (Evan); his grandchildren, Dylan (Sarah), Katelyn, Patrick, Noah, Wilson and Rose; his siblings, Frank (Phylis), Keith (Karen), Anthony (Cheryl), Ian (Monica), Sylvia, Frances and Eleanor (Peter Bowering); and his in-laws, Pansy Porter (Hubert), David Martin (Doreen), Lloyd Martin (Marlene), Elaine Young (Wade) and Bruce Martin (Marilyn). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces & great-nieces, nephews & great-nephews; special friends, church family, neighbors.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gordon's memory, to the church office, to the Timothy Fund for needy students at Pan Africa Christian University in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa.
