He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Ashley) and Suzanne Lush (Joshua Whiteway); his grandchildren, Mason and Ava; and his siblings, Judy Blanchard (Dave), Paul Lush (Velma) and Dave Lush (Ruby). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
