It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavinia Ginn (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Charlie; her parents, John Hawkins and Claretta Hawkins; her son Edward; her great grandchild Charlie; her siblings, Annie (William Burton), Ethel (Gordon Wicks) and Roland (Doris Hawkins); and her sister-in-law Stella (George Hodder).

She is survived by : her children, Calvin (Florence), Ray and Ruth; her grandson Jeremy (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Micah, Caleb, Julia and Anna; and her brother George (Ada Hawkins). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Public visitation will take place from the Pentecostal Church, Stoneville on Tuesday, September 14th from 2:30-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM following COVID government regulations.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Gideons or Loon Bay Camp would be gratefully accepted.
