She was predeceased by : her husband Roy; her parents, Baxter Chaulk and Jane Chaulk (Parsons); her parents-in-law, Fred (late Althea) and Minnie Small; her siblings, Phyllis Martin, Mark Chaulk and Harry Chaulk; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Chaulk, Phoebe Scott (Small) of Toronto, ON, Vera Small, Kenneth Chaulk of Ladle Cove, P. G., Joe'Small and Cecil Small of Amherst, NS; her grandson Lucas John Small; and her nephew Lauren Chaulk.

She is survived by : her sons, Russell (Bonnie), Tony (Marie), Richard (Marie) and Peter (Linda); her grandchildren, Catherine Hunt (Paul), Michael (Lisa), Susan Stuckey (Mark), Devin (Kristy), Liam (Shaina), Matthew (Krystyna) and Nathan (Julia); her great grandchildren, Ben, Addison Stuckey, Jeremy, Adam Small, Felix, Violet Small and Claire Sophia Small; her siblings, Audrey Chaulk Martin and Ronald Chaulk; and her siblings-in-law, William Martin, Lorne Small of Sackville, NB, Patsy Chaulk, Vera Chaulk, Jean Small of Sackville, NB and Louise Small of Amherst, NS..

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew's United Church (120 Main St, Lewisporte, NL A0G3A0).
