He is survived by: his wife Maisie; his grandchildren, Jeff (Brenda), Jason (Christina), Victoria (Jason), Rebecca (Shayne), Brett (Mackenzie), Jordan (Sarah), Marlee (Alexander), Shannon (Jessica) and Monica (Phillip); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Sarah, Angel, Avery, Chelsea, Paisley, Madelyn, Reegan, Jaelynn, Lexi, Myla, Greyson, Thomas, Elsie and Scottie; and his siblings, Cecil Collins, Marion Shafe, Elizabeth Brown and Sherry Primmer (Herb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
