He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Lush and Hilda Lush; his brother John; his siblings-in-law, Sandra and David Blanchard; his parents-in-law, Garland and Lucy Stuckless; and his brothers-in-law, Reginald Freake and Claude Duclos.
He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, Colin and Lesley (Nathan); his grandchildren, Parker, Landis and Skylar; his siblings, David (Ruby) and Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Joy, Lorna, Ruby, Lloyd (Lynn) and Brian (Gladys). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home (262 Main St, Lewisporte, NL A0G3A0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (82 Premier Dr, Lewisporte, NL A0G3A0).
