With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Bishop (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Robert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dave and Joan Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Joy Jennings (Baker); his stepchildren, Melanie Jennings (Kevin) and Michael; his stepgrandchildren, Lia, Jamiah, Jahziah, Jahrael and Nathan; and his siblings, Frances Bartlett, Eileen Jackson and Randy (Rose). He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends.
