We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, Ruth Rideout (Lewisporte, Newfoundland), born in Carters Cove, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Farr and Bessie Farr; her husband Ford; her siblings, Heber Farr and Verna Sheppard; her sisters-in-law, Stella Farr, Lucy Whitehorn (Jack) and Eileen Shanks (Patrick); and her grandson Colin LeDrew.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Ash (Greg) and Craig Rideout; her granddaughter Jamie LeDrew (Cody); her stepgrandchild Porsche Ash; her brother Winston; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence Sheppard and Mabel Farr. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Flowers are accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Community Cemetery Fund.
