He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Derrick, Tony, Allan (Karla) and Wavey (Enos); his grandchildren, Perry Jr. (Jennifer), Stephanie, Terry (Marsha), Ashley (Danny), Tyson (Victoria), Krisinda (Josh), Richard (Aleesha), William (Lexi) and Faith (Jared); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Deacon, Jackson, Jacob, Thomas, Levi, Nora, Ariel, Mylah, Eleanor and Jayne; his sisters, Bessie and Evelyn; and his sister-in-law Gladys. He is also survived by the love of his life and his constant companion.
