She was predeceased by: her children, Kenneth Baker and Caroline Scott (Boo); and her siblings, Annie Ball, Edna Harris, Winnie LeDrew, Pleamon Rimmer and Stanley Rimmer.
She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Marjorie Dawe (Gerorge), Carl Baker (Anne), Wilfred Baker (Herma), Valerie Nippard (Baxter), Kimberly Nippard (Maurice) and Melissa Baker; and her children-in-law, Mable Baker and Randy Scott. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 31 great grand children, and 4 great great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Families Funeral Home (9 Forward Dr, Lewisporte, NL A0G 3A0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle.
As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in her memory to the Church Building Fund.
