It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Snelgrove of Lower Island Cove, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Snelgrove and John Charles Snelgrove; her brothers, Frederick Snelgrove, Kenneth and Robert Snelgrove (Lynn); her grandparents, Annie, Kenneth Snelgrove, Fred and Suzanne Snelgrove; her siblings-in-law, Doreen Snelgrove and Vandy Barrett; and her friend Laura Porter.
She is survived by : her brother Peter Snelgrove (Jim); her sister-in-law Wanda; her sisters, Barbara LeShane (George), Paulette Barrett and Suzanne Dawe; her sister-in-law Lorraine Snelgrove; her friend Joyce Russell; her close friends, Marion Howell and Peggy Hatcher; her uncle Russell Snelgrove; and her aunt Gladys Snelgrove. She is also survived by nieces/great-nieces and nephews/great-nephews.
According to COVID restrictions, there will be no visitation and a private funeral service will take place in Hickey's Memorial Chapel, Kelligrews on Friday, February 11th, 2022 at 10:30 AM by invitation only.
