We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2019, Mabel L. Sparkes (Lower Island Cove, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William John and Lillian Garland; her parents-in-law, Harold and Carrie Sparkes; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Sparkes and Ethel LeShane (Fred).
She is survived by : her husband Philip; her siblings, Fred Garland (late Geri), Gordon Garland (Peggy), Florence LeShane (late Philip), Myrtle Clarke (John) and Jacqueline Gilbert (Ike); and her sister-in-law Naomi Reid (late Bob). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, a large circle of friends and special family friend.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
