He is survived by: his wife Renee (Hicks); his sons, Luke and Dylan; his pet Finnegan; his parents, Andy Ennis and Evelyn Ennis; his sisters, Karen (Lemonte Squibb) and Sandi; his parents-in-law, Roger and Rowena Hicks; his brother-in-law Ryan Hicks (Charmaine); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Emily Squibb, Landon and Skylar Hicks; and his close friends, Amy Sheaves, Ian Walsh, Robyn, Kenny King and Billy Patterson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sammy's Climb Higher Foundation who provide an opportunity for children to partake in sports/activities that they otherwise may not.
