Bridget Stewart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bridget Stewart of Marystown, Newfoundland, who passed away on June 6, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her brother Roche Hannam of Marystown; her husband George Stewart; her daughters, Georgina Tobin and Linda Saunders; and her parents, Peter Hannam and Clara Hannam.
She is survived by : her children, Peter (Irene) of Marystown, Bill of Marystown, John of Marystown, Derm of Marystown, Craig, Kenneth (Joan) of St. Bernard's, Carol Anne Stewart of Marystown and Joanne Stewart of Fort McMurray, AB; her sons-in-law, Brian Tobin of St. Lawrence and Eugene Saunders of Marystown; and her sister-in-law Anna Hannam of Nova Scotia. She is also survived by relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions this will be a walk through visitation with a maximum of 20 people in the building at one time.
In Bridget's memory, donations may be made to the Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation or flowers gratefully accepted.
