He is survived by : his children, Adam and Olivia Farrell; his stepchildren, Leonard and Sarah Fizzard; the mother of his children Karen Fizzard; his mother Shirley Farrell; his siblings, Maria Clarke (Levi), Pauline Smith (Scott), Joan Lingelbach (Greg), Sharon Farrell (Noah Said), Eunice Kohlsmith (David), Gladys Farrell, John Farrell, Guy Farrell (Connie) and Greg Farrell (Lisa); his aunts, Evelyn Farrell and Mary Dibbon (Richard); and his friend Janice Tapper. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
